Thanks for all of the advice, It took the better part of a day to uninstall and reinstall ARMA 3 and all the workshop mods and maps. This error persists, even when I deleteded the workshop folders and cleared the steam download cache. In response to John, I was subscribed to the missions and they had worked previously, but now when attempting to host them, the download does not complete ( For example, 0/2222 kb) and it informs me that the download could not be completed. The RPT post was a "Just in case" if it did happen to help. Thanks?

This is my second submission of this issue, the previous one was well over a year ago and I wasn't able to find it and resurrect it to save another forum post. With the most recent update, I am no longer able to host missions that I have downloaded from workshop. Furthermore In the steam downloads, I perpetually have a 0kb update for ARMA 3 workshop content that is scheduled for 4 minutes into the future. This downloads, and reschedules yet another 0kb update for 4 minutes in the future. The last time I had made this post, I uploaded an .rpt log and this issue fixed itself with seemingly no involvement from myself. To remedy this, I have already- Unloaded and Re-loaded workshop addons and mods Unsubscribed from all workshop content and re-downloaded said content Restarted my Router Restarted my computer Browsed and searched for the forums for similar issues With these troubleshooting options expended, I come to seek a solution on the forums, as I have in the past with hopes that whatever Bohemia deity in the past once again shines upon me to solve this issue. After this most recent post, the issue seems to have magically resolved itself. I would like to thank either coincidence or the ninjas at Bohemia for their clandestine work. This thread is now resolved!

The spoiler provided is a copy pasted .rpt file from today. There were several successful steam workshop downloads from a few subscriptions, however the continuous 2kb steam workshop file persists, as well as the inability to host or play as a scenario, any workshop missions. I hope this helps any attempt to assist me.

Are there any remedies to this error that I might have overlooked? It's been almost three months since I've been able to host a server or play a scenario by myself. >> This is a sendspace link to the folder containing the ARMA 3 troubleshooting log I resorted to uploading the log to a third party upload host in order to share the troubleshooting log. It is my hope that someone is able to decipher this and assist me.

After another clean install by removing the application from steam, deleting the files from the steam directory and the ArmA 3 folder from "MyDocuments", as well as unsubscribing to all workshop content individually and resubscribing, the issue is not resolved.

Sorry for the late reply, Unfortunately that did not remedy the issue. I likely have to make more posts on the forum or wait a few more weeks in able to upload the troubleshooting logs.

- The 0/0 byte workshop content download will continually start and stop when the program is launched, resulting in it having a schedule to update approximately 4 minute into the future, all day. Again, clearing STEAM download cache has not worked, changing steam download region, unsubscribing from all workshop mods, checking file integrity and most drastically- deleting ARMA 3 and reinstalling in its entirety.

Hello, I regret to have to start a thread on troubleshooting, but I have expended all self troubleshooting options in hopes of resolving this issue. After reading through the various Steam discussions and Bohemia forums, I've not found a solution to the issue. Up until recently, I was able to host missions for friends and play missions that I'd subscribed to on steam workshop- Unfortunately several weeks ago, when attempting to run scenarios for myself or host missions I encounter errors "Steam Operation Failed"and "Downloading of the steam file has failed. Please try again" respectively. With or without any mods loaded, I still encounter the same issues which really limit my options for play. I enjoy hosting missions for friends and even playing some by myself sometimes, but now I have to rely on others to host missions and it feels like an inconvenience. I've tried numerous solutions posted on the internet, such as clearing my steam download cache, uninstalling and reinstalling ARMA 3 completely, unsubscribing from all steam workshop subscriptions and still I have this error. It was no quick fix, as ARMA 3, all official DLC and the combination of maps and mods amounting to just shy of 130 GB~. *Edit* I have also verified the file integrity Through this troubleshooting, I've saved some logs from the launcher and have prepared them for this post, but am unsure of how to attach the .ZIP file at the current time. I also notice that in my STEAM Downloads, I often have steam workshop content for ARMA 3 scheduled that ends up in queue or ready to download- that seem to contain nothing. In the hopes of fixing this, I've gone through the launcher list of mods and right click > Repaired each mod and still cannot find what causes the error, as it prevents me from launching subscribed missions even without any mods loaded at all.
