Description: The Royal Commonwealth Coalition is an Arma 3 Milsim Unit that conducts training, missions and campaign based operations in Arma 3. We aim to achieve as close to realism as possible without taking out the fun of the game. We are a young unit, and still in the process of growing into a larger unit. Positions of leadership, zeusing, mission making etc are still available. If you are looking for a smaller type unit that is looking to grow into a large unit and utilizing sources such as youtube and streaming to muster a large audience. No military or gaming experience is necessary as a detailed training regime exists to bring new members of the Arma community up to scratch with Arma 3 and the milsim experience. Every member will be proficiently trained according to their rank and to follow standard operating procedures that are realistic. However competence and maturity is a must for all players. Join the units steam group and a member of the unit will contact you How we Operate: The RCC will be operating campaign operations, training and side operations on a weekly basis. The operations will consist of missions based off an overall campaign that will generally run for 5-10 separate missions with an overall goal. These missions are generated and monitored by RCC members, there will also be other side operations that will be conducted on a regular basis, these side operations will range from ww2 up to modern warfare. The training will follow along with the campaign and the current mission knowledge requirements as well as revision of basic training. There is no attendance required for training however attending basic training is a requirement for new recruits. What we offer: Our dedicated server box and teamspeak runs 24/7 allowing you to connect and play at anytime with outstanding performance. Access to our dedicated server and teamspeak are available 24/7 Weekly campaign operations, ranging from historically correct to Fictional scenarios on Wednesday and Friday nights with training and mini ops in between Missions are made by members of the unit with custom mod packs A fully functioning discord, home to all the units information about the unit and any upcoming events As we are still a new and growing unit, we are still looking for anyone to become a leader, zeus, mission maker, and many other roles that can contribute to the unit What is the minimum age requirement? 16+, applicants under the age of 16 may have to go through a training process and fill out an application form. Do you need a microphone? Yes, we use TFR (Task Force Radio) in all operations Do you need to run mods?
