* 16 years of age
* Be mature and use discretion
* Use team speak 3
* Be active daily
* Basic understanding of arma 3 mechanics (using a compass, using map, shooting, player movement, helicopter piloting)
* willing to learn and help others along
* get along with all members
* Come to clan meetings (will discuss this in a interview)
* follow all rules (this stuff and rest will be said in a interview)
* Use tactical communication when necessary
