when it happened to me, when i launched the game, it delivered a message to me as it was the very 1st time i was playing ... after +1K hours of game / awkward. it's still the same for me ... @TheSerbianDuck, have you done Something in particular to fix it ?? it's like ID number been changed for a new one ... Does Bohemia awaits its guests to fix issues between them, or it has a real support service to do that ?? where can i complain elsewhere than on this forum ??

Hi fellas ! my profile seems to have been reset ... lost my progression, my saved loads in aesenal, and the worst, as a regular player of KOTH (king of the hill), my level been reset to level 1, lost all my money (+500K), weapons, scopes, launcher that i've bought progressively by hundreds of hours played. How to recover it ?? Please help...
