@Jezuro I know you are working on the new warlords version but you still haven't fixed one of the exploits in the version still on official servers which is people hovering 20 km over sectors with helis to cap them and ground forces can't do anything about it.

I think the not having the arsenal will be a problem if each team only has access to their factions gear because there is definitely an imbalance across factions with some gear. One example is in AT. Blufor has nothing like the vorona. The maaws/PCML has a lot less explosives in a single shot and is not TOW. MPRL is really only good for long range and requires a lock on. I know many players use the Vorona exclusively as the premier AT weapon including me. Almost everyone I see in game that is acting in an AT role is using the Vorona. Not having this on Blufor will be a huge disadvantage. Another example is the opfor special purpose helmet. There is no Blufor equivalent that has full screen night vision/thermal. Opfor will not have access to the Carrier Special/GL rigs which have the most armor. I know a lot of people will not be happy about not being able to use their favorite guns/loadouts.

@Jezuro an additional thing that would be good to randomize is the mission start time. Its seems like mid game when opfor and blufor start to clash is always around 16:00-17:00 and a lot of the PVP tends to happen at night. I'm not a big fan of night time, so this kinda gets old and would be nice to make it a little more random.

@Jezuro Did you get around to making a cooldown for sector scans? What tends to happen is one player who has a lot of money spams sector scans every 30 seconds and that basically gives the entire team ESP. This is especially annoying when a few people are attacking a contested sector and are immediately swarmed by defenders using this tactic. It really takes away the ability for stealthy/sneaky tactics to be effective because the enemy can see your flank, etc. coming. I would make it so you can only do a sector scan no more than once every five minutes on a per sector basis.

@Jezuro another suggestion I have is randomization of spawn points when attacking a contested sector on every respawn such that a point is getting attacked from all around. It gets boring for both teams when the defending team is just camping the attackers spawn. It would be so much better if every time a player fast travelled to a contested sector, it put them at a different random point each time (allowing them the enemy to attack from multiple angles).

@Jezuro Another exploit I have seen is that while enemy players will die (after the timer expires) if they go into unauthorized zones with the thick border around them, their AI will not. I have seen OPFOR players send AI tanks into the BLUFOR base to spawn kill. Not too much of an issue with the base spawn protection, but I still think you should make it so enemy AI die if they enter unauthorized zones.

@Jezuro I think you should add a height limit when capturing sectors. I have seen people hover helicopters many many km in the air over sectors such that they can't be taken down by ground units. And if your team doesn't have any jet pilots or they don't care, nothing really can be done except letting the sector get captured. Edit: this would also prevent jet that fly over a zone for a fraction of a second from resetting the capping.

@Jezuro @Dwarden Just wanted to let you know that the servers are still freezing and crashing even after the patch. In fact US01E is crashed/frozen at the moment of this post. Several people on side/global chat have said it is because of the static AA/radar/SAM so you should look into those and possibly remove them until the performance issues are resolved.

Got it, thanks. Another question: I read that there is going to be another reset, so we will all have zero XP again. Is this going to be when the game releases on Steam?

If you choose to reset the skill tree for 8700 AC I know you get the skill points back, but do you get all the AC you spent back? If not would you consider giving at least a percentage of AC points back upon reset?

Does the reset skill tree option re-lock all categories and reset you to zero skill points or does it re-lock all of the categories and refund all the skill points used to unlock all the different categories?
