Same thing here mate, I have done some research and found this https://feedback.bistudio.com/T83176 I gave it a try and it worked, click the button to the right of lasso, then click your object.

So I was wondering if there is a way to change the keybind for the cheat menu (left-shift -) to something a little more easy to use.

I do not know the official name for it but a command for it would look something like this shift - refresh, Or shift - shutdown https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/ArmA:_Cheats
