Hobo Joe

I'm in the northwest airfield in Tanoa and no matter what my Buzzard cannot take off. I start from the beginning and have my flaps one down, reach 160kmh tops and crash. Anything i'm doing wrong?

I used both and I've flown (taken off) planes and arma 3 before
