Donated EMP operations are used against attacking drones (even helicopter drones), when the conditions are met. -
Hello, firefox117, these two types of notifications are currently greyed out, because these are special and are only available on iOS devices. This is not a bug as far as I know. I hope this helped you and your alliance.
