This game has always been bad for FPS, i got it for a long time and never played it a lot until now because of the low fps/lag/... I followed a youtube guide i found somewhere that i had to change some settings in a file and now it is a lot better, no more stutter, only sometimes when i get killed but i guess that's normal. Now i play it everyday :-)
