Hello vastiny im a newbie to. I had the same erro with buldozer not being able to open texture s_000_002_Ico.paa. its a problem related to buldozer configuration paths in Object builder and in terrain builder. Make sure you first copy arma3.exe to your p:/ DRIVE and renameit to buldozer.exe delete the buldozer.exe preaviously.then go to OB and in options under buldozer path select the buldozer.exe in your p drive. Run buldozer in OB. Close and go to TB and in options buldozer path select the same path as in OB for buldozer.exe (YOUR P DRIVE). THAN ITS READY TO LOAD THE TXTURES WITH NO ERROS. SORRY I CAN EXPLAIN BETTER LATER IN IN PHONE LIMITED KEYBOARD BEST REGARDS MAZORIS
