Seems to me that you are just looking to just "run" the server and by that i mean your looking to tell people what you want because you haven't learned any skills to do this yourself.. i know it sounds blunt but TS is really simple to setup, as is a website, and there are plenty of guides that tell the rest... don't expect people to hold your hand.

One question for you, if my clan wanted to join would we be placed in different tanks or have the choice to be with one another?
