How many bullets does it take to kill an enemy on average?

Just bought the game, was hyped for over a month, i regret it.Tried singleplayer, enemies spot me everytime i sneak up from a distance, they one shot me, i hide behind rocks or a tree, they one shot me. When they are out in the open, not even hiding i and steadily shooting at them, but either none of the bullets hit or they have too much health. Tried multiplayer, joining random servers not knowing what to do in any server, i just get kicked. What do i do?

One more question. should i use FXAA,SMAA or MSAA for best graphical difference. i dont really notice fps change when using them. also are particles cpu or gpu intensive?

i get 70fps with all the gpu settings on ultra, tried terrain detal on ultra dropped to 30fps, shadow dropped me to 55

i have a strong gpu, but weak cpu, i run the game fine but are their any gpu settings i could put up a bit that wont affect my fps

I run 30-60 fps in multiplayer and 60 fps in singleplayer, i put everything on low except for the gpu heavy things, and a little bit view distance. People told me from before it will be unplayable specs GPU- GTx 750ti SC CPU- Intel core 2 due e7500 2.93ghz RAM- 4g
