I faced with similar problem, but now version of software is much higher and error still appears. I resolve it by downloading this file from my friend's computer. I placed it to windows/system32 folder and now all work fine. You can try to download it from the internet, for example from http://fix4dll.com/openal32_dll but try to be safe and don't forget to check it with anti-virus.
