  1. Hello RHS team, just want to report that the lights in the back of the c130 are not working correctly. you can access the panel but unable to turnlights from red to green. also lights in the back of the aircraft are only displaying the ramp section and not the whole cargo area as it once did. is there a fix in place for this at all?

  2. Hello Fellas.

    Just a small suggestion if i may. after flying around your merlins for a while now in Advanced Flight Model i was wondering if it would be possible to incorporate KIMIS HUD for helicopters into the merlin. reason for this is in AFM you have a series of dials and gauges as you know, so having kimis hud enables you to disable these gauges and gives you more of a realistic look without having the gauges spoiling the view as you pan head your head around as all the information required is displayed in kimis hud. just a small suggestion and of course with permissions given to use hud i feel it would make splendid feature for the merlins.

    Just a thought.

    keep up the good work

  3. Just a suggestion. was there ever a mention of you guys implementing a relay station so this radio system can be used over longer ranges or in mountainous areas like clafghan for an example. if so would you be also implementing a satcom wich would be a portable system used by signallers that could do the same thing. there is a model currently in-game that maybe of use or to use as an idea. picture = yek5OJT.jpg

  4. Hello 3cb Mod Team, I was wondering if it would be even possible to place the left and right panels that was introduced in the jets dlc onto two mfds inside the AH-1. So this would enable you to cycle through sensor, gps, cameras etc? Would make it a little bit more authentic and definitely unique from any other mod out there. (just an idea).

  5. would it possible to use firewills AWS system if permission is give so you can arm the plane as you would like. also noticed the texturing seems to be a bit off as you get close to the plane its like a kalidascope. also the hud displays seem to be low res & blurry which makes it hard to read. would it be possible to use the skins from Pinaz EF 2000 as he doesnt seem to be working on his anymore. or would you be able to merge that version with yours. Also noticed even on max view distance setting 12k it would only allow you to look at 1k its like you are in a bubble. its a shame as this has promise as there is no currently in active service, european or british planes of a decent quality to be used within a milsim unit.

    well, that's need to explain some boring technical background.

    in real life, harrier can't simply do the vertical take-off when armed. because weight problem.

    Maximum useful load (include fuel, stores, weapons, ammunition and water injection for engine)

    Vertical takeoff : Approximately 3,062 kg

    STO : More than 7,710 kg

    so mostly harrier use the STO(short take off) on operation, specially when armed.

    in game, arma 3 supported several vtol types such as

    vtol = 0; // A-164 Wipeout, not a VTOL aircraft

    vtol = 1; // F-35B, Vertical Take Off and Landing, Start horizontal (nozzles/nacelles @ 0°)

    vtol = 2; // AV-8B Harrier, Short Take Off/Vertical Landing

    vtol = 3; // V-44 Blackfish, VTOL using a vectoring near the ground (to avoid blades collision with ground)

    vtol = 4; // Y-32 Xi'an, Vertical Take Off and Landing, Start vertical (nozzles/nacelles @ 90°)

    2 - STOVL, vectoring limitation on slow speed
    default 1.0 vectoring (nozzles/nacelles horizontal @ 0°)
    limited 0.0 maximum vectoring (nozzles/nacelles horizontal @ 0°) below 5 km/h

    like i said above, take off is STO for harrier so i choose the no.2 for Vtol setting. that's why you can't simply doing the vertical take-off. it's natural. not a bug or something.

    @safetyturtle @galahad56 hope this clears it up for you.
