No wonder it won't let me in servers. But this is arma 3 installed fresh through steam. The fuq?

I'm getting exactly the same problem. Arma version matches servers, no addons on my end except the official DLC, ArmA allowed through firewall, Ping usually below 70, Happens even after fresh install and update. This is my favorite game and I'm not able to play at all.
