1) I'm a Steam user and wish to uninstall ARMA OA and just keep ARMA2 - is this possible or will the uninstall process remove ARMA2 as well? 2) After uninstalling ARMA OA, am I right to assume that myARMA OA custom missions are still kept in the Arma 2 folder in my Documents? Thank you.

Sorry if this has been discussed here before, but just curious if anybody here used to play the UT99 realism mod Infiltration 15 years ago?

I have yet to really spend time on Insurgency exploring it in more depth, but whenever I do play it I do enjoy it.

I'm new to ARMA 2, and have been enjoying the tactical and complex missions. But when I want a quick 10 minute work-break shootout, I fire up the DM or TDM templates in MP to play with the AI. Just wondering apart from the already available DM/TDM templates, are there anymore similar scenarios (including CTF/Domination) which can be played with AI that can be downloaded from Armaholic? I have browsed but not really knowing what I should look for - donwloaded some TDM pbo's to be used for multiplayer, but these don't have AI enabled.

Another question: when I run say the TDM template in MP, I can change around the placement of the units anywhere on the ssland. But I can't seem to do this on the DM template. Is there anything I'm missing?

Same here - what it did 15 years ago steered me towards BF's Project Reality and ARMA now. I was lucky to have backed up my UT99 CD and my favorite mods back then, so I managed to reinstall Infiltration 2.86 to play offline for nostalgia's sake, and also Tactical Ops 2.2 and 3.4. Good old times :)

Thanks! But sadly I haven't got OA :( Maybe it's worth plonking a coupla more bucks to get it while its still on sale on Steam. Thanks! Will head there now.

Anyone knows what are its requirements? If you can run BF4 and ARMA 2, should you b able to run Battlefront on low settings??

I would consider it if it offers a 'flight sim' style mode, even if a lighter version of 'X-Wing Alliance', but read somewhere that the new Battlefront won't. So I went to great pains to re-install X-Wing Alliance and make it work on Windows 8.1 - nostalgia galore! I wish there will be something XWA with state of the art graphics in the future...

I'm an FPS enthusiast/junkie, and a regular on Steam/Origin sales and also on other online vendors. I may not be able to play much or at all, but I know that I have to the games installed and ready to play even for a 15 minute session.

I think its on sale now for $3.74 on Steam.

Hi everyone! I have been playing most of the BF, COD & CS series, including Insurgency. I tend to favor older games somehow, so are still playing Quake, UT (and its mods Tactical Ops and also Infiltration). My first foray into realism FPS started with the UT mod Infiltration 2.86 (which is still installed on my PC) and I did mess around a bit with PR on BF2. I am looking forward for more discussions in the community. :)
