    No, not for everyone i just had this issue so i posted how i fixed it. it was that simple

    Simply fix: Step 1: Click Start and type CMD Rightclick & Run as administrator Step 2: Type in the command prompt BCDedit Step 3: Now type Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF Step 4: Simply restart your PC
