Gun randomly stop firing, and can't transfer certain ammo types

In a few different fights that I was in, my gun would randomly stop shooting as I'm holding down the trigger, the gun was in auto fire. And I also couldn't transfer any mosin or AK ammo into my stash. -
Getting this same issue.
