But we can provide everything you are looking for in a realism unit. The members we have are very active and committed. First Step into Becoming a Soldier In the 1st Battalion Grenadier Guards? Enlistment is your first step toward becoming a soldier in the [1GREN]. One of the best parts about this unit is that we know real life comes first while still showing a commitment to the Unit. We require activity yes, but that activity can be shown in many ways, such as being active on our forums and training twice a week. Once you are a member in the [1GREN], you'll be put through our Infantry Training Course (Phase) which includes; Fire Team formations, range safety and weapons training, vehicle identification, dry runs and live fire exercises are just a part of (Phases) in the this unit, and a lot more!. These will be the building blocks of your skills as a Soldier in our unit. Ranking – After completing the training phases. You will pass out of training at the rank of a Private (Pte) As a Private you will be placed in your section as a new rifleman. As a rifleman, you can take up specialist jobs within the section e.g. Automatic Rifleman, Grenadier or Marksman etc. Training will be required to achieve these roles. If you’re interested in leadership, sometimes there may be an open 2IC (2nd in Command) slot or 1IC (Section leader) slot in the section. To achieve this, as a private you need to show good leadership, Training, Communication, organisation, Respect etc. when that slot is open, and you have shown these quality’s and more, you might have the chance for promotion to Lance Corporal as a section 2IC or full corporal as the Section leader. Hey Kiory, Not sure if you have already fixed this or have been made aware but when the l85 is used with a mod known as AGM (Authentic Gameplay Modification) the BFA attatchment is silent so only you can hear the weapon fire and nobody else can hear it, making training quite hard as you cant hear incoming fire from BFA's. I've tried taking sound mods off and as said before i BELEIVE (Not entirely sure) thats its AGM but was just wondering if you could look into fixing it. This looks simply amazing!

Seems like a good idea but you always have Iron Front available for use so might aswell use that depsite it being annoying to install and setup.
