Arma 3 Dedicated server Confusion

[Arma 3 Dedicated server Confusion]

I used Tadst to setup up my dedicated server and then port forward the required ports but the server still only shows up in Lan but not internet any help?

 

Update my ports are forwarded but it seems they are still not open

Switch triggers where used for waypoints right? I believe you can now simply sync a trigger to a waypoint and it will automatically be a switch trigger.
