FLTMGR_FILE_SYSTEM 0x000000F5 when starting Arma 2 OA

I had the same issue. Try to delete the BattlEye folder and then launch OA. BattlEye should reinstall. If not then restart the computer and try again. This worked for me. (I have Win. Vista)
