I just checked my antivirus and it is fine and i tried re installing battleye but that still didnt work

Every time i try to try to start Arma 2 OA it doesn't work the regular Arma 2 works but not OA it gives me this error. "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead\ArmA2OA.exe The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." then goes to the command prompt and says "Failed to start game" After that i can't get t so work i have redownloaded the vcredist things and tried running it as an admin but non of that works please help me. EDIT- I can start it without battleye and it works fine i think i need to re install battleye completely.
