  1. They've yet to respond to this request, if you wish you can try and contact them again or petition permissions if you're eager. We're quietly rumbling away in our own little projects at this time... Well, some of us are, it's a matter of who deserves a vacation around this quarter. Many Thanks, KetsuCorp
  2. Sargken, We're definitely interested in this, the idea is to create a series of ECWS related products. We use MARPATS's Winter related functions but what is needed is a basis kit perhaps using covered rucksacks and arctic warfare wear. The pilot gear isn't covered yet, but perhaps if it is demanded high enough we can pursue this as well, if this shows to be a promising avenue. Hope that will help. Many Thanks, KetsuCorp P.S. @Community, please don't hesitate to let us know what else is needed, we are trying to cater for the community we love the most, and sadly looking at the A3 release content, I still think you all will have demands and needs for the nearby future. If you do, let us know what we can do to pursue this.
  3. Great suggestion, will add to the LoP (List of Plans) Many Thanks, KetsuCorp Excellent. We apologize deeply for any inconvenience, our mod is something we care about as much as we do the players who use it. If there is feedback to be had, we have an obligation to observe and rectify. Again, so sorry for the previous armor sys. Many Thanks, KetsuCorp
  4. Did we address your armor concerns aptly?
  5. RoboWilso, The difference is either with Gloves or Belt coloration, this while minor in difference, provides that we trust you with the choice, rather than taking that choice away by giving you only one color that we collaboratively believe is better. As a final note to anyone wondering about the bulk, there is a common concern for how limited or even how poorly a number of uniform modifications have been built. When the request was made to direct a project such as this, we had the intention to focus on quality, quantity, control as well. This meant that the quality had to be of a certain caliber; it meant that the quantity had to be able to cover all the many needs that people with picky tastes wanted and we had to provide you, the user, with control over all of this. What it means is that having too many of a good thing is never a bad thing. It means that when you are looking up a certain loadout and you're just unsure whether a mod is 'close' we tried to get the coverage down to the measure. Meaning that if you wanted that particular uniform with a black belt but tan gloves, but lacked the technical expert in your team to build it, or the expertise yourself. You are obliged to use our work and know that we can go the mile further. We have a meticulous standard for such designs. In combining uniforms, we would be taking away the liberty of the individual to choose the parts he wants, and we are not an organization based on suggesting or juxtaposing our intents into your ideals. With KetsuCorp we will always have at our core beliefs, your interests in mind. This won't change. If you want custom commission works or require a specific in-house development made, contact us via PM and we will handle this request diligently. We built 10,000+ Classnames in roughly 8 or so months, nothing you request regarding kit or uniforms shall be too hard or difficult for us to provide you. Many Thanks KetsuCorp
  6. An excellently documented post, we like the work being put into researching this. Consider us interested, we've got some possible vest options coming for the final patch for the USA oriented equipment. The half/half is needed. Many Thanks, KetsuCorp P.S. A website may be initiated to dump export logs from virtual arsenal with an image.
  7. Helicrazy14, You bring up an excellent point, I will conduct meetings with the staff to ensure your idea is realized. While we are taking a brief hiatus from the project we are by no means done with it. We intend to release BDU, DCU and UCU uniforms, and perhaps consider the building of new uniform types such as 50/50 wear, whereby a user is at least able to pick a set of non-matching top vs. bottom. Many Thanks, KetsuCorp
  8. Are you requesting we add helmets specifically to USA that cover the prior variants? If so, how do you wish it were set? Many Thanks, KetsuCorp
  9. They're made available there, yes. You will find the ACH and MICH2001, as well as the Pro-Tec helmet available via CORE, SG, CB, OD & TN. These helmets at present I believe are not available in USA. The staff will consider a future patch to implement those, but you would not be saving any less data as they would then be shown in the USA Pack instead. We can confirm we are intent on now working on a GEARS_COMPLETE for the end of this year. Many Thanks, KetsuCorp
  10. KromKastor, Please provide some screenshots. We have some development staff in the early stages of developing a CIRAS and other vest variants. If developed properly we may consider this in the set final patch coming in the remainder of the year, post some kits or photo's of that. We would appreciate the input on type too. For the rest of the community, we would like official answers if we should pursue developing units as a separate code package or whether we should use the rest of the thread to dump texts of the virtual arsenal into this as code formatted examples with possible variants of the uniforms. As this would probably work.. Let us know! Many Thanks, KetsuCorp
  11. Hello Everyone, What I meant was on the Crye Uniform there is an area of solid color surrounding the kneepad area, we wanted to make that a camo variant as well. In addition, I agree that unit packs could be supported but perhaps now with such a wide array of HQ kit packs, people will develop their own units using this requirement as an addon. We could attempt to also, but believe that all the choices really remain with you, and would prefer that as always. @HeliCrazy14, We have considered doing this also, but at present we have no plans to do so in the near future. Unfortunately the requirement that is set in CORE is based on classnames, having USA have at any point the same classnames will cause crashes via collisions. Our apologies, it was an attempt to at least provide USA vs. an anonymous unit look. Many people felt it wasn't catering toward EU usage, and since our future plans with enough support could be worthwhile, we aim to provide these in the near future, okay? Many thanks for all your support everyone, KetsuCorp
  12. Dear VagrantAuthor, Thank you kindly for these words. We did consider doing this but given the complexity already shown we felt it were more prudent to possibly look into the Crye Uniforms where the exposed areas on the knees were camouflaged also giving a 'pulled up/down' kit feel. Our overall objective is to provide equipment and we know it is very important for users such as yourself to access this and use it with units, we may consider building 'units' using this as a requirement. That is how we see ourselves at the current time.. That said, we're the underdog compared to mods like RHS, but a few messages our way have asked us to perhaps consider doing a much larger, broader scope, where we add both this level of a quality and multitude to reskin other mods if permitted to a high or highest standard possible. For instance, feasibly speaking how many messages I get personally regarding the reskinning of IOTV and other vests from RHS on MODDB? At least once a day now. So we may consider more broader options than just the crye kit but we would really like to collaborate with other developers to really embellish and bring out that professional aspect in a many number of mods available for ArmA. The other type of requested content we get regards vehicles which unfortunately we do not. If you have any suggestions or would like to contribute, do let us know, we're eager for feedback and communications with a community that appreciates us as much as we appreciate them. Many Thanks, KetsuCorp ---------- Post added at 18:44 ---------- Previous post was at 18:43 ---------- Thank you so much, please assist us as much as possible we've maxed our upload width.
  13. Foxhound, Absolutely love the new category for Armaholic's mod list, "GEAR" both fits the rightly titled area and finally a much needed dedicated area that is an ongoing departure from structures and environment while providing us the much needed area to develop strictly equipment releases for ArmA III mods. Many Thanks, KetsuCorp http://www.armaholic.com/list.php?c=arma3_files_addons_gear
  14. BIS Community, After much development restructuring, optimization and improvement we have re-released our packages with a series of changes aimed at implementing that which is sought after most by the community. Several of the changes include: -Capacity Adjustments -Restored Armor Parameters -Neopren parameter added to Scuba Kits -Diversified Suitpack for items dropped on floor -Added New Pro-Tec Helmets -Added MICH 2001 Helmets -Added Overall Helmet Variations incl. GoggleStraps -Optimized and reduced/removed erroneous data -Overall New Classnames (Check Documentation/Master_Classnames.txt) -Completed and Added support for GEARS_AOR There will be some time before the next update, please bare in mind that this project is nearing completion. Suggestions, commissions and customization in developing custom GEARS packages will be made available via the front page. The final USA Oriented Package to be released is a yet unnamed project, that of which intends to supply BDU, DCU & UCU as final patterns to the GEARS Kit. We're excited to say that your support has gotten us exceptionally far and in doing so our releases more elaborate. Please ensure that any feedback &/or concerns are placed here. We highly recommend you redownload the GEARS spectrum of downloads and refresh any extant data remaining prior to patch. We thank you for your patience in this matter, given our time schedules we'd like to apologize for the delay, we usually remain ontop of patching within an ongoing development window of roughly one month. We have exceeded that and would like to apologize for any inconveniences made due to this big delay. Many Thanks, KetsuCorp P.S. We're intent on looking for a mission maker who will make one single set mission for camera work to help in the development of a trailer. Couple this with presentation and screenshots, and we will demonstrate these for our nomination entry into Mod of the Year 2015 for Armed Assault 3 for MODDB.COM Credits will be made fully available for your creation of it. We hope to help a budding video trailer maker get his foothold online.

Plus a personal thanks to KetsuCorp for their constant drive and commitment to steadily expand their knowledge of computer science and boosting their already impressive resumes as a team.
  16. Thank you, We will consider upgrading the Fighter Chest rig from BI to GEAR quality in the coming months, right now we are preparing to roll out a new patch that includes new and improved helmets, new texture work and some reformat of the coding included to incl. Scuba speed fix & Armor.
  17. UPDATE: We've added the MICH 2001 Helmet to the package and will be updating all variants to follow. Currently researching MICH 2001 Helmet Covers to ensure maximum compatibility during uniform usage. Finally, we've adjust the ballistic system and will allow for a mid-point between high armor for generic users and realistic (20HP for vest aka "lite" plate carrier) instead. Added 701, 801, 901 item type to configs and fixed neopren scuba for a set of survival fatigues throughout platform. In process of finishing AOR1 and AOR2 plus NWU's. Next patch will contain all of these plus new camo. Any final requests before moving onto Final GEARS USA related materials must be made in lieu of this message we will try to cater for this as we intend to move onto other nations as per the request of all communities. Lastly, We may defer the ballistics fix request to the ACE3 development staff for a full eventhandler based hitpoint system using plates. We will give our research and findings to them to ensure they get the maximum of our insight over the appropriate way to counter the unfair ballistics of ArmA III. We appreciate any and all support you provide to us on here. Many Thanks, KetsuCorp
  18. Dear Broduz, KetsuCorp has been hard at work patching the existing systems to new specifications and will be releasing the USN related expansion for GEAR which includes AOR1/2/NWU formats. We may include a further patch in the future that combines these great vest items, however at this time we don't believe they are available for model editing via a BIS issue. If BIS releases the models for editing we can assure you even better ideas that that including new vests combined with other immensely detailed projects, but at present we are unable to. Do look forward to our next update as it will bring new fixes. Many Thanks, KetsuCorp
  19. By adding this function we will be able to get Scuba speed returned to the swimmer in question when utilizing the Survival Fatigue, yes? If so, please answer and we will rectify it in the coming patch data. Also, if I may, the team would like some professional feedback on a number of things, one of them is the usage from USMC related units and so therefore I ask the question: What do you think of the mod? Thank you for any feedback, KetsuCorp
  20. Surely the individual would be swimming slowly with the Crye uniform being worn? Nonetheless we will add this into the kit patch intentions for the remaining updates as we proceed on. If you have any other issues noticed please contact us here. Thank you, KetsuCorp
  21. Is ours not working properly? This was (and has been) working in testing.
  22. We're attempting to update our new helmets and if you wish to have RHS helmet support please contact within this forum directly and tell them we're open to it with a permission granted from them. If you can get that we'll engage with their staff. We've had a lot of statement's requesting we reskin their work to higher definition also. If there is a big enough demand we will liaise with them to provide the same level of equipment customization, I personally would be excited to offer this autonomy, but failing to do so we will attempt to upgrade our helmets. Great feedback by the way, we really appreciate this, Many Thanks, KetsuCorp ---------- Post added at 21:16 ---------- Previous post was at 21:14 ---------- We believe they've yet to provide ABU for us, we will address this in the coming patch. We will be be able to update our information in the coming months as it proceeds forwards. We're almost done with the initial release, we only have NWU, AOR1 & 2 and BDU/DCU and UCU left to finish. We really appreciate the input.
  23. At present we wish to maintain the highest carrying capacity leaving teams to work out their realistic factors for themselves as this way less realism teams can enjoy the experience while the more disciplined units can take a more conservative avenue. I hope that clears things up, KetsuCorp P.S. We don't believe in holding anybody's hands in game.
  24. I am seeing the poll results now, there is an overwhelming amount of favor for less armor. I am requesting those that vote explain if GEAR has provided that level requested or if we need to change, we're distinctly concerned that if we return to Vanilla armor levels, individuals will find this unappealing. Furthermore we have begun research on event handlers to make custom insert armor plates. Please provide feedback, it can be in the form of any number of topics incl. the default ArmA armor levels, be them negative or positive, experience in testing the GEAR variations of the last update or whether or not we should return to vanilla armor values until a time when we can address this entirely. Many Thanks, KetsuCorp P.S. We do want feedback on how the armor levels should be interpreted.
  25. TheEagleEye, Be aware that we have an upcoming patch to address the armor issue, and in the last patch released we isolated requirements of GEARS_CORE to a far smaller download. The problem is with the immense size of the download, it is an incredibly diverse modification regarding uniforms and we intend to set the requirement smaller as we proceed. At current you only need the latest GEARS_CORE & your chosen camouflages hand picked from ArmAholic or via MODDB.COM. Please reply regarding when you downloaded this as it is very likely you have the original version which has an immense amount of classes. Thank you, KetsuCorp
