    Hello @sergeantkirby, My name is Killian, I am part of the Technical Support Team over at Evolution Gaming Arma 3 Life, this problem is a common problem our member's have and the solution I found was to go to your profile in ArmA 3 and delete your name then re-type it making sure that there are no spaces in front or behind your name then re-try joining into the server.
