rexifelis 0 Posted November 18, 2001 i just upgraded to 1.30 (US) and continued my campaign... the one where you fly the blackhawk and rescue the troops... the mission right after it called "air superiority"... once i drive to the heliport and get out and talk to my CO... the game says "mission failed: your gunner is dead" and i never get near the chopper to get in... gah! looked in the faq, did not see anything about this there. any help would be appreciated. btw, i love this game!!!!!! with friendship, rexifelis Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Hoop 0 Posted November 18, 2001 Hi rexifelis, I had the same problem as you when I played that mission. I found that if I drove the jeep right up to the chopper the gunner would die and the mission would end. If however, I got out of the jeep 100m away and ran up to the choppers then the mission would play fine. I thought I was the only one with that problem as my mates game doesn't seem to do it.
