$able 2 Posted July 18, 2010 Could you please go to Start(->Run...) and enter cmd. Then try the following command and tell me if you get timeouts: "ping bistudio.com -l 7".

$able 2 Posted July 18, 2010 Could you try all numbers for -l from 0 to 10 (i.e. 0, 1, 2, etc.) and report back? I need you to test this because your router is most likely dropping small packets.
ironhulk 10 Posted July 18, 2010 do i type in ping bistudio.com -1 and so on to -
$able 2 Posted July 18, 2010 "ping bistudio.com -l 0" is the first, then you only change the number at the end. "-l" contains a lower-case L.
ironhulk 10 Posted July 18, 2010 done -1 to -4 are fine -5 to -10 all timed out
$able 2 Posted July 18, 2010 Alright, so your router is indeed dropping small packets, which shouldn't be happening. This is why you are getting kicked by BE. Another user had the exact same problem with the DGN1000 a while ago. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do at the moment, it's up to Netgear to fix this. Could you please contact Netgear customer support and forward them to this thread? I will try to do so as well.
