Unable to join MP server

In both ARMA 2 and OA I live in Australia and I have the same problem as some other people here but only when playing warfare or domination on any server I also have nothing in the server browser prior to joining a game. I also have on occasions joined a game only to spawn in the sky and drop to my death an then unable to respawn or restart only abort. I have also had an msg pop up Script Common\Common_InitUnit.sqf I am running ARMA 2 and OA in steam but I can play other MP games in other countries like Japan or US just not warfare or domination
