weapon reload Sound problem

Hey everyone,

I'v been making my own personal sound mods. Heres the issue, for some reason my gun shots are working, but on some guns the reload sound does not work. Iv tried .wss, .wav., and ogg, doesnt make a difference.

Now heres the other kicker. Some guns will play the reload sound but only when theres already a full magazine in the gun. If you shoot even once, and reload, no sound will play.

Anyone have any ideas?. The configs are all fine by the way, so I have no idea whats up.
