repack addons/ui.pbo problem

hi, I am trying to unpack /addons/ui.pbo and pack it without any modification, while, when i start the arma2.exe, I find the ui abnormal, what's the problem? How do I?

steps:

1. copy ui.pbo from arma2\addons\ui.pbo to p:\
   
2. use tool ElitNess(Version 2.73) unpack ui.pbo
   
3. a folder ui is created under p:\
   
4. use tool ElitNess(Version 2.73) Pack the folder p:\ui [No modification], a new ui.pbo is created
   
5. replace the new ui.pbo under the folder arma2\addons\ui.pbo
   
6. start arma2.exe, something abnormal occur
