beton 2 Posted May 29, 2010 Well... the grid size determined in one of the very first steps of islandcreation. I don´t know how far you have done your map by now... maybe its an option to redo your map with a smaller gridsize and a heightmap with higher resolution. As far as i know you can change the gridsize of an island with a tool called "Roller". You can find it over at dev-heaven: http://dev-heaven.net/news/show/1 but remember, you can reduce gridsize down to one meter but that will result in a big performance hit and crashes if Viewdistance is set to high(tested that with my nome island).
