Simple PLAYER respawn

hello everybody,

I'm almost done with my MP mission. However, I cannot seem to find a simple player respawn, nothing fancy, or realistic.

When a player or a playable unit gets killed, respawns at wherever I have placed the unit in the editor after 3-5 seconds

And lastly (Not very important, just another thought as I typed this)

Could be useful if anybody knows, how to make it spawn anywhere else on the map, so I can create a set of barracks where the player chan choose to be spawned at.

Any ideas?
