Vsync and Installation reading wrong amount of memory?

Ok I've just got a new system:

Ati radeon 5850 (CCC 10.4)

Win7 64

It appears that CCC (Catalyst Control Centre) is not forcing Vsync off, my fps rate is locked at 60fps is there anyone who knows of a game setting that turns vsync off in OFP? (I'm a ctf player so need it/ want it off)

Secondly OFP preferences is only showing 1024mb of RAM, I have 4gb. (This is with compatibility set to XP SP2. Win7 sets it to 0mb of RAM!). Yet I am able to move the total memory slider up to 2048?

Anyone any ideas?

Memory problem still remains.

OFP can only use 512mb ram any way don't worry about it.
