jules06060 0 Posted April 24, 2010 (edited) I know I've seen a thread on it somewhere but can'y find it! I've got an N52TE Nostromo pad & Saitek X52 throttle & joystick. The key bindings are shown in the control panel but are not recognised. They also sometimes need re-setting. Any help appreciated Edited April 24, 2010 by jules06060
sigmoul 0 Posted April 29, 2010 Hi, I've got a Saitek X52 Pro running under Windows 7 Pro (x86_64), and it's working like a charm. I suggest to check if your Saitek's joystick driver is up to date. http://www.saitek.com/uk/down/drivers.php Regards.
Bravo33 0 Posted May 1, 2010 Cheers, I think I figured it out. I've had to remove the key bindings in the user profile for the keys I wanted to change so that you are left with []. Save it. Then set the keys in-game, exit game and make the file read only.
cscuk 10 Posted June 30, 2010 I am in France with ArmaA II set to english cos I am english. I cannot get my Saitek x52 pro to work in ArmA II. I set keyboard to english and used Saitek's profile editor to assign all infantry commands as I wished, some work in ArmA II but mostly they do not work. I tested first in profile editor's test mode then also in Vista's Notepad, problem is just in the game. Map screen in game gave a text box this shows some inputs reverting to french such as W being changed to Z. My Vista is set to GUI english but keyboards are only sold in french layout so that is why usually I leave that to french but when launching ArmA II I set that language to english. Anyway if you have a working profile file could you please send it to me? I was going to have separate profiles for each avatar infantry vehicle aircraft bulldozer & switch ingame with clutch but right now I would be happy just to have something that works. Thanks.
