Editing magazine capacity?

I was wondering if there was any way to alter the amount of ammo a magazine could hold. I have downloaded a few addons before where obviously the magazines held different amounts of ammo compared to the default before the addon. How would I go about doing this myself for instance make an M16 magazine hold 50 rounds, or just goof around like that?

In the config, first find the weapon and or magazine if its not dependent on another weapon entry you will find "count=X;" X is the number of rounds in the magazine.
