nob0dy 0 Posted November 21, 2001 I have had Operation Flashpoint for quite a while and have downloaded all the necessary patches and when i install them it says that when installing there was a few corrupt files...so i reinstall same thing happens...i wait till the next patch and try that....no luck same thing....now i'm going to try 1.30...i'm guessing the same thing will happen so someone please help me....this game isn't fun to me without multiplayer capabilties and i can't even play over the internet...i have the U.S. version if anyone needs to know and my sys specs are: -Win 98 2nd Ed. -P3 600 mHz -382 MB mem -ATI Radeon 32mb sdr -That's it.... Sepp001 0 Posted November 21, 2001 the patches to v1.10 up to v1.20 couldn't have worked because US Retail Version is already v1.20. So Patch to v1.30 should work correctly. nob0dy 0 Posted November 21, 2001 so all i need is 1.30? i knwo it had 1.0 to 1.2 im not that stupid....i read what it said....but when i d0wnloaded 1.27 and 1.29 it didn't work....it said corrupted file or something while installing like i said....i'm going to try 1.30 today... IGFs TopGun 1 Posted November 21, 2001 Nobody, if your looking for COOP don't go to 1.30. Between the lag issues, CTD and disconnect problems it will make you go mad. If your looking for a squad to join we play pretty regularly. COOP was okay in 1.27 so that is where we are back to until BIS gets their head out of their asses and fix this COOP issue. Otherwise this game will have no shelf life!
