Are you kidding? It means exactly what it reads. Server is a place where players gather and play. Dictionary wouldn't be bad for you.

it means player created a server?

it means player was previously in another lobby and left it?

and what is the intention of this message?

"Left" is the past tense of the word "leave". And I guess that alone already explains what it means: Player - leave - server.

Anyway, these forums are not for English lessons. If you have a technical problem in Operation Flashpoint, feel free to ask, but you can learn common English terms elsewhere too.

my consideration is for technical reason.

since it says player has left 'a server', not 'the server' I am in doubt if it indicates the current lobby or a previous one.

there is another Player disconnected message and maybe I don't know its difference with this one!?

sorry maybe I am stupid.

I'm pretty sure it means the same server and there is no difference between those messages. I can't see what else it would be for. Seems pretty weird, actually.
