What does the гм on the militia car stand for.

Not sure why, but it's been bothering me.

It isn't Chernarus Militia, that would be чм.

ГоÑударÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¼Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ñ (State Militia) maybe?

Any ideas?

Well, the design is based off communistic police cars we had in the Czech Republic before the revolution in '89.

They had "VB" written on the side, which stood for "Verejna Bezpecnost" (Public Safety).

I wouldn't be surprised if the Chernorussian version was a play on that.
