Freebie 10 Posted December 27, 2009 I've looked everywhere and can't find anyone with the same problem and I haven't flown for a few weeks so I don't know if this is a 1.05 patch related issue for myself or not. I've just dicovered that when I fly in planes that my missile lock on is really borked. I sometimes have to click the lock on button 20, 30, 40+ times before it finally gets a lock on. Once it does it's OK and can engage - disengage on the 1st button press like it should do. But to get that 1st lock on is ridiculous. Choppers are fine! It's only planes that have the problem :confused: I've tested this while not running any mods at all and it still does it. I'm praying that someone has had the same issue and knows how to address it otherwise its a complete re-install. :( Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Freebie 10 Posted December 29, 2009 Fixed it with a re-install. Something to do with my playername Arma2profile file as when I copy/pasted my original one to the new install it borked it again, but when I mapped the keys from fresh it was ok. Weird as I've mapped them the same as what was in the profile file anyway but I guess that's Arma for ya. What I have noticed is that I'm getting a lot of stuttering while flying that I never got in 1.04. Or didn't seem to get even after I patched 1.05 over 1.04. But going straight to 1.05 after a fresh install and it's running like a pig. Anyone else had this problem? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
