Domination back packs

Hi guys, i'm after a bit of help. I want to edit domination like most people have done.

What i am after is how to add weapons to the backpack for each solider. I want to be able to add say an extra few items into everyones back pack and a weapons also. But i'm unsure it this can be done. I know you can do it in game but i want it done before game.
