1.14 uk patch? - dutch and english is the choice in game, yet english does not work

is there a specific uk 1.14 patch for arma?

as when running arma i have dutch and english language choice in the video options, yet it never goes to english.

is this the main arma download or the patch causing this?

will i have to go back to metaboli?

or is there a way of fixing?
