This thread can be closed. Sorry! Hi all, I'm creating some custom sounds for ArmA 2 with the help of the WavToSSS tool. When I use the tool it warns me that my sound files are not 16bit mono however almost all of them work in game. Almost all...because for some strange reason only the sounds of the RPK machine gun and the GP25 grenade launcher stay the same no matter what I try. It's weird because when I preview the .wss files I can clearly hear my own custom sound yet when I pack the sounds.pbo using these new soundfiles the old original sounds still remain in-game. If it is due to the fact that the samples are not 16bit mono then I would guess that none of my own sounds should work which isn't the case. Does anybody have any idea why this happens?
