Unlocking Armoury Weapons etc for Editing

Do I need to complete all teh single player missions to unlock everything in the armoury before I can use them in the Editor. Or are all the weapons etc available in the Mission editor without completing all the Single Player missions?

every thing is already available in editor exept for buildings,plants and tree's

you can use every weapon and vehicle, and there are addons that will give you the buildings and plants.
