Avgeris 64 Posted September 18, 2009 Is there a way to record a replay the way you do in other games like CoD or CS not by a third party program. I mean with the game engine record the coordinates of all the players so that it wont mess up my PC while doing it and wont cause any lag. So after that I will be able to spec from the aspect of every player. Best Regards, Nipenthis
Alex72 0 Posted September 18, 2009 Yes you can. Its called "camera.sqs". It records coordinates etc. Dont ask me how it works though. I only know you add the script activation in for example your units INIT: this exec "camera.sqs"; After that when you run around it will record. You left click your mouse i think to lay down the coords. There is where my knowledge about it ends. I use it only direct and with slowmotion to FRAPS small parts. Below is documentation i whipped out in 2 seconds. Knowing about Mr.Murray's editor guide and BIS Wiki on ARMA will get you a solid base. The rest you search in this forum. No search results - ask the skilled guys with a thread. ;) Good luck.
