please help with view[s] selection

i downloaded game and i dont have manual,during my first mission i somehow changed my view where i could see myself,how did i do that? lol however i ended mission and went back to boot camp and 1st person view is back but being able to change views is nice,,,im thinkin not having a manual is gonna be a problem,,please help anf thank you for your reply

Numpad ENTER changes view. And to see optics in vehicles etc you press Numpad 0 (zero).

Most online stores (Such as Steam) include digital manuals with their games, where did you download from? Just wondering.
