How do I get a ghillie suit ?

So i've been trying for a long time to figure this out, but I can't. Could someone please tell me how I can get the ghillie suit in multiplayer?

Depends entirely on what the mission is. In some missions there may be a ghillie sniper slot that you simply select on joining. I know Berzerk does. Most missions probably don't have ghillie suited snipers at all. Some missions may only have ghillie suits and nothing else.

How do i select that slot you're talking about?

When you join a server, you will have a list of playable slots to choose from, usually with a description such as Team Leader, Rifleman, Sniper, Sniper (Ghillie), etc.

It's entirely down to the mission maker what slots are available and how they're named.
