This is a problem I've also noticed and had to deal with, usually by loading a save....

This is a BIG problem. Nothing like getting shot at while a radio message is playing and not being able to command your mean to do anything and they are all dead by the time the message is done.

This should be in Suggestions, or even better, reported at A2 CIT.

I agree that this should be enabled though. Either giving commands, OR disabling the AI until the dialogue is over.
