What's a Campaign (is it th same as '1985' and 'Red Hammer' in Operation Flashpoint) & again, how do I install them...? What's a Mission (1 little part of a campaign probably...) & again offcoarse, how do I ...? thanks in advance...Stephane

Intruder 0 Posted March 24, 2002 Addons Consist of p3d models, config.cpp files and sounds and textures Missions: Consist of mission.sqm files (made with the editor), plus other files such as scripts, description.ext, stringtable.csv, sounds, music. Campaigns: Missions strung together. All are compiled into .pbo files used by OFP, and are located in Addons, Mission, and campaign folders. Just copy the releavent pbo to the correct folder. theavonlady 2 Posted March 24, 2002 1. A MOD usually is a combination of new missions/campaigns/addons and possibly configuration modifications to OFP 2. A campaign is indeed like 1985, Red Hammer and others (search The FAQ for "more campaigns"). Campaign's consist of 2 or more missions, usually interconnected with an evolving story line. 3. A mission is one single SP (single-player) or MP (multi-player) mission.
