How do you assign units to different squads?

Does anyone know how to do this during the campaign? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am also having the same problem. in Badlands, my NAPA squad was down to 2 men. I bought a bunch of units but couldn't figure out how to send them to the NAPA unit.

Anyone know how to do this?

The best I can tell the best you can do is assign them to groups within your own squad. This makes them rather hard to order around once you have more than 10 units. Not only that but you cannot give any formation orders to groups.

I guess we are supposed to go around in one huge mob rofl.
