Buying Empty Vehicles in SP/CW

Hey folks. This is a little thing that has been frustrating myself and a buddy lately.

In Superpowers and Civil war, the player has the ability to buy units and weapons. ARMAs warfare had a button that would allow the user to buy an empty vehicle - is there anything in these game modes that is similar? Im at a point where I have to purchase the vehicles (plus the crew) and then tell them to disembark and disband. Often, they'll get back in the vehicle.

Ive done some extensive searching and played with some things ingame. I eventually got to a point where I edited the code to make it such that people dont spawn with the vehicles (nulled some lines) but that just left us with too many vehicles.

Any ideas?

Yeah, I would like to be able to buy empty vehicles to. Even in the manual it says you can choose the crew when purchasing a vehicle, along with being able to buy Arty radar, Uav terminals and fixed wing aircraft.

Hopefully in one of the upcomming patches they will finally add some of these things in.

The other thing you can do is watch for Warfare missions made by other people. There is one I know of I think called "WarfareV2_016Lite.Chernarus" that has some of the other structures enabled along with being able to choose the crew of vehicles. The only downside is that the AI commander does not work in SP although I may be wrong on this one. If you want to get it I think the only way to get it is by downloading it off a MP server.

It's weird though that all of this is in the manual but is not in game, and also that most if not all of the coding for these features to work are already somewhere in the Arma files.
