MP respawn dialog

Hey,

I've been playing Arma 2 multiplayer lately and I've noticed that on some servers you can choose your weapon setup everytime before respawn with a nice respawn dialog window. You can select equip and respawn locations with this tool. I'm also creating some missions myself for me and my buddies and I'd like to ask how can I make a map with this respawn dialog. I've aleady figured out respawning so the mission doesn't end if all die but this dialog would be very handy.
